A new study shows that happy teens are more likely to be happy adults.

In a seven-year survey, researchers at Northwestern University have found that teens who maintain a positive outlook are more likely to become adults with a good state of well-being than unhappy teens.  Happy teens were also less likely to engage in unhealthy habits in adulthood, therefore having better physical health in addition to mental health.
