President Trump marked the anniversary of the 9-11 attacks with a speech in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, where Flight 93 went down.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

President Trump said the passengers of Flight 93 changed history, saving countless lives and sparing the U.S. Capitol a potentially devastating strike:

(President Trump) “This field is a monument to American defiance.”

A new memorial stands in the field in Shanksville, a 93-foot tall wind chime tower:

(President Trump) “It will hold 40 beautiful chimes that ring throughout these fields.”

The President said, “America’s future is not written by our enemies. America’s future is written by our heroes.”
