Netflix Raising Monthly Fee

    Get ready to shell out more for your Netflix.

    FOX’s Lilian Woo reports:

    Subscribers to two out of three main Netflix plans in the U.S. getting its monthly fee jacked up as the company lays out billions for content.

    The most popular plan, the midtier one going up a $1 to $10.99 a month. It allows streaming on two simultaneous devices.

    The cost for the premium plan raised $2. For $13. 99 subscribers get streaming on up to four screens at a time in high definition.

    The price of the basic package, about $8 a month stays the same. The company which has about 53 million subscribers, last raised prices two years ago.
