ESPN Anchor in Hot Water for Calling the President a “White Supremacist”

    What an ESPN anchor tweeted about him has caused controversy.

    FOX’s Carley Shimkus has the details:

    “SportsCenter” host Jemele Hill landing in hot water for calling President Trump a white supremacist. Hill posted a series of tweets Monday saying, “Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists.”

    In another tweet she called the President a bigot. Colin Kaepernick supporting Hill’s stance tweeting, “We are with you @jemelehill.”

    Many viewers calling on twitter for a boycott of ESPN and for Hill to be fired.

    ESPN released a statement saying her tweets do not represent the network’s perspective and that Hill recognizes her actions were inappropriate.
