McConnell: “Band-aids Won’t Work” on Finding Health Care Common Ground
Back from recess, Senate Republicans are again trying to find common ground on a health care overhaul.

A health care bill aimed at repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act remains the focus for Republican leaders:
(McConnell) “We won’t solve this problem by simply throwing more money at it. Band-aids just won’t work here.”
Majority Leader Mitch McConnell could reveal a revised health care bill later this week:
(Schumer) “When using bipartisanship as a threat is your only argument, it’s time to move on.”
Democratic leader Chuck Schumer again saying Democrats will work with Republicans on stabilizing the insurance market.
