Women’s College Makes Gaming History
A first in the gaming world for one women’s college.

The first women’s only college offering a scholarship in eSports is Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Hit game ‘Overwatch’ will be the first game for the school.
The Stephens Stars Overwatch Team will join the colleges other sports programs in fall 2017. The stars first event will be the Tespa Collegiate League.
Good news for gaming company Square Enix, showing a 20 percent year over year growth due to the success of games like ‘Final Fantasy 15’ and ‘Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’… In addition to their growth, ‘Square Enix’ also announced an “extraordinary loss,” and promptly announced it’s withdrawal from IO Interactive, responsible for the massive franchise ‘Hitman’…
That series has spawned nine games and two films.
