Former President Obama returns home to Chicago for the first time since leaving office.

The former President spent time here yesterday at the University of Chicago, where he paid a visit with civic leaders and former advisors to�map out the plans for his presidential library in�Chicago’s Jackson Park:
(Barrett) “He assured us that we will see him more often, more like once or twice a month and that there’s no other priority higher than making sure that this center gets built.”

Mr. Obama is�also laying the ground work for a massive fundraising drive to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for his center, a museum, library and event complex.
