Attorney for Standing Rock Sioux tribe Plans to see Trump Administration in Court

The Army Corp of Engineers says it will grant the builders of the Dakota Access Pipeline the final piece it needs to drill and complete the pipeline.

FOX’s Jessica Rosenthal reports from Los Angeles:

The Standing Rock Sioux tribe and their supporters are upset to put it mildly:

(Goldtooth) “I would say expect mass resistance far beyond what Trump has seen so far.”

Tom Goldtooth, director of the Indigenous Environmental Network, says they are calling for mass mobilization against the pipeline around the country.

Earth Justice, which represents the Standing Rock Sioux, says an easement for drilling should not be granted, that the Army Corp of Engineers had promised during the Obama Administration to conduct an environmental review on alternative pipeline routes. They say they will see the Trump Administration in court.
