McDonald’s Gives Away 10,000 Bottles of “Special Sauce”

    McDonald’s has given away thousands of bottles of its special sauce and now some people are trying to sell those bottles for a hefty price.

    FOX’s Joe Chiaro reports:

    McDonald’s is trying to get people into it’s restaurants to try it’s new sizes of the Big Mac. The Mac Junior and the Grand Mac to celebrate, the company Thursday gave away 10,000 bottles of it’s trademark special sauce.

    The limited-edition bottles were numbered and some customers waited in long lines to get one. It didn’t take long for some of those bottles to turn up on Ebay where people are hawking them for hundreds, even thousands of dollars.

    There’s no word if McDonald’s will begin retailing the special sauce.
