Rudy Giuliani Reveals Role in the Trump Administration

President-elect Donald Trump has picked former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani to help out his administration’s cyber security efforts.

FOX’s Tonya J. Powers has the story:

The news of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani role in the Trump administration follows recent reports of possible hacking by Russia.

Mr. Trump’s Press Secretary Sean Spicer said on FOX News it’s good choice:

(Spicer) “Through his work since 9/11 in cyber or in the cyber world or the national security world, so he is going to lead and spearhead this effort to make sure our country benefits from his knowledge and expertise.”

Giuliani also on FOX, says the answer is in the private sector:

(Giuliani) “Bring together corporate leaders and their technological people. The President will meet with them on an ongoing basis.”

He will set up those meetings between the President-elect and corporate leaders whose companies have faced cyber security challenges.
