WikiLeaks Reveals Clinton Campaign’s Concern about Emails with President Obama
A new email released by WikiLeaks reveals Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman was concerned about messages between her and President Obama.
FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:
The day after South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy issued a subpoena demanding Clinton preserve all emails and record from her time as Secretary of State, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta wrote an email suggesting some could be held back.
In a message dated March 4th, 2015, Podesta asks Clinton aide Cheryl Mills: “Think we should hold emails to and from POTUS? That’s the heart of his exec privilege. We could get them to ask for that”.
President Obama has said he did not know Clinton had a private server, and that he had emailed her infrequently.
