Production Company Behind Star Wars Fined for Harrison Ford Injury

The production company behind Star Wars is facing a massive fine.

FOX’s Jacquelyn Karl explains why:

Remember when Harrison Ford broke his leg while working on the set of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” and had to be hospitalized?

Well prosecutors near London saying Ford could have been killed when he was struck by a hydraulic door on the “Millennium Falcon” spaceship, saying the door struck Ford with the force, much like that of a small car.

Production on the film was suspended for two weeks after the accident and now the production company’s been fined nearly $2 million.

The company acknowledges breaching both health and safety laws.
