FOX’s Tonya J. Powers has more:
Environmental officials say millions of gallons of sewage have flowed into a river in Ellicott City, Maryland, after a line broke during weekend flooding.
Now, 911 calls have been released that show the panic that rose as the rains came down:
(Woman) “Cars, there are cars flying down the street because of the floor is buckling.”
At least two people were killed when more than six inches of rain fell in just a couple of hours.
Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has declared a state of emergency for the area. He toured the damage on Sunday along with congressman Elijah Cummings.
