Prosecutors Drop All Charges in Freddie Gray Case

Charges dropped for the Baltimore police officers accused of being responsible for the death of Freddie Gray.

FOX’s Jeff Monosso has more:

There will be no conviction against any of the six black or white Baltimore police officers charged in the 2015 death of Freddie Gray.

The decision to drop all charges follows the acquittals and mistrial of four of them as states attorney Marilyn Mosby admits that she has no case against the others and as she also continues to call bias:

(Mosby) “Not by the entire Baltimore police department, but by individuals within the Baltimore police department at every stage of the investigation.”

Some of the officers in the case are suing Mosby, who faces ethics complaints and who was also criticized last month by the judge for withholding key evidence in the case.
