Wildfire Destroying Parts of Colorado

Wildfire still rages in the mountains northwest of Denver as word that two campers from Alabama are arrested on felony arson charges.

    FOX’s Jeff Monosso reports:

600-acres have burned over several days in the Coldsprings Wildfire just east of Nederland along state highway 119 in Boulder County, Colorado that’s forced 2000 people to flee their homes:

(Resident) Most of the family photos that’s what really mattered to me. We got some clothes, my husband’s here, the dog’s here. Everything else is just material stuff.

    Several structures have burned:

(Pelle) It’s going to be days though before this fire’s out

Sheriff Joe Pelle says two transients from Alabama allegedly started a camp fire that wasn’t properly put out leading to the wildfire.

They’re both charged with fourth-degree felony arson.
