Florida GOP gubernatorial nominee Byron Donalds joins FOX Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on his plan to bring the cost of living down for residents throughout the Sunshine State.
We want to continue to be a commonsense state and a free state. We also know we got a lower price. I mean, insurance costs are hurting Floridians all over the state. We got to drive those costs down. We want to drive down the cost of building housing and people being able to have their first home. We want drive that stuff down. So I mean we have a great state. Governor DeSantis has done a great job. We have things that we need to make sure that we tackle. But at the end of the day, Florida, we’re just better than everybody else. That’s why people leave from New York and New Jersey and Connecticut, Illinois, California, so many other states, they come here. Because of the way of life because the freedoms and because we just have a commonsense state and that’s what people want and so we’re just going to keep that going while we drive down costs for the people of Florida.”
