Evening Edition: Israel Kills Hamas Leader As Phase Two Talks Begin

An Israeli drone strike killed the head of Hamas’ military operations in Southern Lebanon. The strike comes as Israel has decided to keep troops in five strategic locations at the Lebanon border even after a deadline for a full withdrawal will expire. Meanwhile, a sixth hostage exchange took place over the weekend and a Israeli delegation is in Cairo to pressure Netanyahu to continue to phase two of the ceasefire deal.
