President Trump Pauses Hormuz Operation, Warns Of Strikes If Talks Fail

The fragile ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran seems to be holding despite continued attacks, and Tehran forcing ships to pay a toll to transverse the Strait of Hormuz. President Trump announced a pause in the naval escort operation, ‘Project Freedom’, to allow negotiations to continue, but warns that failure to reach a deal would result in a significantly escalated bombing campaign.
