“Let’s just be honest, he’s not running for reelection. So this is his point where he’s like, you know what? I’m going to go in and I’m going to prove that all of this can be done. And I’m not trying to appease people. I’m not trying to kiss anybody’s butt, I’m just going to go in and do what I need to do to make the country function better and then hopefully hand it off to somebody that wants to continue down that path. But he’s got to move fast. And what he’s also doing right now, what I think is expert is that he’s doing so much at once that the Democrats don’t know what to be outraged at. They really had to cling on to this USAID thing. But while they’re freaking out about that, he’s doing a bunch of other things that they would also freak out about, but they don’t have time to freak out about everything. Only so many hours of the working day for them. So he’s doing it so fast and so furious that they don’t know where to look. And I think that’s also genius.”
