Destination Space: The Future of America in Space
NASA has announced plans to retire the International Space Station in 2030, the program that has allowed astronauts to continuously orbit Earth and collect crucial scientific and technological data for over two decades. Though they plan to replace the ISS with a new station, many scientists and experts in the field have expressed concerns about what could happen if a new space station isn’t ready to replace the ISS, and if space is left without America’s presence.
