Fox News contributor Joey Jones joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to give his take on some of the promises that Vice President Kamala Harris is making to voters out on the campaign trail.
“So much of what the left believes in today is that we don’t trust you to individually do it. The government has to do it. This idea that there has to be some guarantee and anything and everything. I mean, she rolled out her agenda for Black men and then she’s already had to walk that back and say it’s for everybody. And if you read, it’s like, we’re going to give you this, we’re going to give you this, we’re going to give you this, we’re going to give you this. And nowhere in there does it say you’re going to be able to earn this. You’re going to be able to do this. You’re going to have the freedom to be this. It’s all about this idea. So houses are literally not figuratively, literally double what they were. I bought my house in 2017 and sold it for twice as much in 2022. Twice as much. And that’s not uncommon in Georgia. Most markets around the country. Her idea of fixing that problem. Let’s not even talk about how much money cost, the amount of interest. I’ll maybe give you 25 grand. Let me give it 25 grand so I can buy it. That doesn’t have anything to do with how you’re going to pay three times the house payment. But I’ll at least get you in it. Let me give you something. That doesn’t work with people. They’re smarter than that.”
Jimmy and Joey also talk about the big storylines of the college football season thus far. Listen to the podcast to hear what else they discussed!
