Evening Edition: President Zelenskyy Pitches His Plan For Peace At The U.N.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the United States this week speaking to foreign leaders at the United Nations General Assembly and meeting with President Biden to detail his ‘victory plan’ to end the war. The plan will be detailed after Zelenskyy meets with Biden but the outline includes guaranteed membership in NATO after the war and the permission to use long-range weapons to strike at Russian territory.
