“Democrats have 50 years to try and codify Rove versus Wade. They couldn’t. That means that they also aren’t going to be able to for the next 50 years. But it’s a way to try and gin up support amongst voters, especially women voters who Donald Trump lost a little bit in 2020. She wants to cut those margins down and appeal to them. But I can safely say as a woman, especially in a state like New York, I know abortion will never be taken off the table. Not that I’m voting for abortion, but in states like Ohio, where it’s already now been codified, that is not a winning issue. But they’re trying to make people think that it is.”
