Evening Edition: California Democrats Want To Spend Millions On Reparations

California is pushing ahead with reparations plans despite having a nearly fifty billion dollar budget shortfall. Twelve million dollars has been set aside for reparations in a budget agreement between California Governor Gavin Newsom and Democratic leaders.
