The United States is rapidly losing influence on the continent of Africa to likes of Russian mercenaries and money of the the Chinese Communist Party. The U.S. Military conducting anti-terrorism missions was recently kicked out of Niger while Russian forces moved directly into the same barracks. Is the Biden Administration dragging their feet, losing Africa and what can be done to change course?
