Co-Anchor of “America’s Newsroom” Bill Hemmer joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his thoughts on President Biden’s response to the unrest taking place on campus at Columbia University, UCLA and other colleges throughout the country.
“At least he spoke . I think the last time he offered comment on this was April 22nd, and that’s 10, 11 days ago. And I just think you’re going to, the calculation I see, and just listening to the commentary about the polling is that they are hoping that certain issues can wash over them. And look, in today’s media, especially with social media, where there’s a lot to shoot at and the world feels like it’s on fire in a lot of different places, on a lot of different things, by the way, to not just Gaza and Israel. I think there’s a little bit of hope that if we just stay quiet, keep our heads down, social media or TikTok or cable news will find itself distracted on something else.”
Jimmy also tells Bill about his experience being in the room during Biden’s speech at the 2024 White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Listen to the podcast to hear everything they discussed!
