Co-host of “The Big Money Show” on Fox Business Taylor Riggs joins Fox Across America With guest host Paul Gleiser to explain why the Biden administration has largely shifted away from using the term ‘Bidenomics’ when trying to promote President Biden’s economic policies.

“They thought internally, similar to how Obama coined the phrase Obamacare, And he was really able to turn that into an asset where we don’t call it the Affordable Care Act or ACA. We sort of all reference it to Obamacare. I think the Biden team originally thought, let’s coin this phrase, ‘Bidenomics’ go after Reaganomics. And, you know, turn this economy into a win. The president can take credit for it. So the problem is, I think they were really out of touch with the economy and how people feel on the ground. I know that the last time I was on with you, you and I talked a lot about the difference between, look, the stock market is at record highs. The GDP of this country, yes, is growing, but that is totally divorced from the reality that Americans face every day with food prices, with grocery prices, with gas prices, with overall inflation, that is still crushing American budgets. And so when they use this phrase, ‘Bidenomics’, it actually ended up hurting them, because I don’t think the Biden camp realized then how irresponsible in a way, it look that they’re totally out of touch with the American people.”
