Chairperson of the Republican National Committee Michael Whatley joins Fox Across America With guest host Paul Gleiser to shed light on how the GOP plans to reach the maximum number of voters in the leadup to the 2024 presidential election.
“And what we need to do as Republicans is we need to take advantage of the rules that are in every different state, and every different state is different. Some states you’re allowed to ballot harvest, some states you’re not. Where we can, we need to be doing it. Where it’s illegal, we need to do everything we can to prevent the Democrats from doing it. You know, some states where you have early voting, we need to make sure that we are turning out voters to go early. Over the course of the country, we’re going to have over 50% of all votes cast before Election Day. We need to be talking to those voters, communicating with those voters before they go vote. We need to make sure that they’re informed voters. We have got to really, truly drill down. We’ve got a program, we call it the Bank the Vote program. We’ve got buy in from all of our congressional leadership, all of our Senate leadership. And, we are building those programs all across the country to make sure that we get from every voter, what is their plan? Are you going to vote early? Are you going to vote by mail? Are you going to vote on Election Day? I don’t care how you vote. I just got to know you’re going to vote. And then I need to know that you have voted in order for us to make sure every single vote gets to the polls and gets counted.”
