Co-host of “The Bottom Line” on Fox Business and co-host of the “From The Kitchen Table” podcast Sean Duffy joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his reaction to a New York Appeals Court lowering former President Trump’s judgement bond to $175 million, an amount he must pay within the next 10 days.

“So first off, he did not have the option to have a jury trial with the law that he was, charged with violating because it’s not a serious law. If you’re going to take a half a billion dollars from someone, you’re traditionally entitled to a jury trial. If we’re going to take away your freedom and your money, you get a jury, right? The law is such that no one ever anticipated it would be used this way. So it was normally just a court trial. So that’s just that’s one thing. Here’s what I think is happening though. So, they reduced the bond. So again, this is a bond he has to post to appeal all the garbage that Letitia James and the judge did to him. But I think what the appellate court did was said, you know what? This is really bad for the Democrat Party to have Donald Trump not be able to post bond, and Letitia James start to seize Trump’s assets. This is a death blow for us politically. So let’s save the Democrat Party by reducing the bond. Let Trump post it and let him appeal. It’s not about Donald Trump. It’s not about equity. It’s not about fairness. It’s about helping Democrats with the overreach of this court.”

Sean also tells Jimmy the real reason why Trump beat former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin back in 2016. Listen to the podcast to hear what else they talked about!
