Janice is joined by President’s professor of geographical sciences at Arizona State University and the Rapporteur of Weather and Climate Extremes at the World Meteorological Organization Randy Cerveny for a conversation about his new book, Judging Extreme Weather: Climate Science in Action. Randy helps explain the science behind extreme weather in a way that’s easy to understand, and later shares stories of weird weather phenomena in history.
