Ohio Republican Congressman and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why he wants answers from Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ authority in the Department of Justice’s Hunter Biden investigation.

“June 7th David Weiss write me and says, I have full authority, ultimate authority to determine when, where and whether to bring charges. 23 days later, he writes to me and says, actually, I stand by what I wrote, but I want to clarify, I can only bring charges in my home district. Well, it can’t be both. And then to further complicate matters, on July 10th, he writes, Senator Graham and he tells Senator Graham, I have not sought special counsel status, but I have had discussions with people at the Department of Justice. So one of the questions I think appropriate tomorrow is who you have discussions with? You’ve changed your story three times. The White House has changed the story multiple times about the business dealings. But the stories that have not changed and frankly, stood up to four hours of cross-examination in the Oversight Committee two months ago is the testimony of the whistleblowers, Mr. Shapley and Mr. Ziegler. So I think that in and of itself is pretty compelling evidence of why we needed to go to an impeachment inquiry phase of our oversight.

Plus, Rep. Jordan talks about why it is necessary for House Republicans to move forward with their impeachment inquiry into President Biden. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
