Anchor of “Fox News Sunday” Shannon Bream joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her reaction to Hunter Biden’s plea deal with the Department of Justice falling apart during his first court appearance on Wednesday morning.

“It sounds like there were concerns, that the judge had some questions about, like how far does this immunity extend? Where does it go? You know, what would my role be in it? Like, do they have to come back to the judge at some point if it looks like their violations of this deal? She just had a lot of questions that she felt like these parties did not significantly answer. But remember, because there’s no plea deal, like even in part it sounds like at this point, then everything’s still on the table. And if, again, as David Weiss said, there is an ongoing investigation, this is kind of a nightmare for Hunter and his legal team.”

Plus, Shannon and Jimmy discuss why 2024 GOP presidential candidates like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy have been hesitant to attack former President Trump. To hear what else she had to say, listen to the podcast!
