Texas Republican Congressman Pat Fallon joins Fox Across America With guest host Joe Concha to discuss some of the most explosive revelations from the two IRS whistleblowers who testified before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday about how the agency mishandled the Hunter Biden investigation.

“The IRS, was investigating Hunter Biden, and he’s got a law firm that’s closed down. And so he moves documents from his D.C. office location to a storage unit. Well they want to get a subpoena to do a search warrant on the storage unit. So they go and they get permission. But then Weiss, the U.S. attorney, says you’ve got to wait 30 days. And if nobody accesses the unit, then you can execute your search warrant, which in and of itself is weird. But then Leslie Wolfe, which is an assistant U.S. attorney, she that very day calls Hunter Biden’s attorneys and tips them off and says, hey, they’re interested in that storage unit. Why would she do that? Because anything that was of any value was going to find a light and a gasoline and a match and they’re going to destroy it. And Ziegler said, that was when I knew I had to come forward. And that’s not normal. Then Shapley wanted to go and interview Hunter Biden. And so they said, well, you can’t knock on his door. You have to park outside his home and you have to wait until he approaches you. Well, what perp is going to go and talk to a detective or an investigator? That never happened because, of course, Hunter Biden didn’t come out and talk to them. So he actually literally never got to interview Hunter Biden. This is insane.”
