Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody joins Fox Across America With guest host Joe Concha to shed light on why a growing number of people are  fleeing blue states like New York and California and moving to the Sunshine State.

“It is no coincidence that, you know, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco are among the top cities where people are moving from. Meaning, it’s not just the population is going down because of deaths and births and that equation, it’s people are absolutely packing up their families and moving. And it’s no surprise that those same four cities are among the top cities where you’ve seen the largest percentage increase in larceny. So Florida has in no way, shape or form done some of these insane policies as it relates to criminal justice around the nation. We are a law and order state. We back the blue. We make sure they we just gave them raises. We just gave them ways to buy homes in the community they serve. We just made sure that their retirement was better off. I mean, we make no bones about supporting those that sign up to put their safety behind our safety. And I think you have to have leaders that do that. You have to make policy decisions that reflect that. And you’re seeing this this law and order breakdown in those areas. That is because there have been purposefully implemented decisions about criminal justice policy over the last couple of years. And now you’re seeing the effects of that.”
