Co-host of “Outnumbered” Emily Compagno joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on whether Hunter Biden’s child support case in Arkansas could result in more information about his finances being disclosed to the public.

“First of all, in contestations, oftentimes that’s when your income becomes exposed. That’s why many people facing, for example, tax evasion charges or anything, when the government is bearing heat, they’re like, please don’t divorce, because in a proceeding is when then things are laid bare, right? Otherwise, you have, for example, marital privilege in that particular example. So absolutely. Think of the unintended consequences of many investigations. Think about the NFL. The NFL was doing an investigation in terms of upholding it was like #MeToo stuff, and all of a sudden uncovered stuff about Jon Gruden. So oftentimes, there’s a primary reason a primary proceeding, it does not preclude you from finding and then proceeding on ancillary things. In fact, I had a similar situation. I was looking at a civil situation, a big corporate doc review, and we uncovered a I’ll just say, a criminal element involving a child. And this was in an email of one of the participants. So it’s like in that instant, the whole world changes and it kicks off a trajectory.”
