Fox News State Department correspondent Benjamin Hall joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to detail how he was able to persevere through a long and difficult recovery process after being severely injured while covering the war in Ukraine in March of 2022.
“What I think when I look back at the last year and a half, I don’t remember the worst part. I don’t remember the horror or the pain from the attack itself. I remember the thousands of people who then patched me up, rebuilt me, helped me, willed me on, supported me. That is that community of good, which is so much more important than the evil out there. And I really felt that and I saw that. And there are things like that to bring people together. And I think that that’s what we go to look for in life. And there are so many things that happen, whether it’s sitting down and talking to someone over a great meal or whether it’s saving someone’s life, you know, those small little moments, those go a long way. They bring people together. And I thinkĀ they’re so important.”
