Anchor of “The Faulkner Focus” and co-host of “Outnumbered” Harris Faulkner joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to talk about the House Judiciary Committee’s field hearing that took place in Manhattan on Monday morning, which was focused on District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s soft-on-crime policies.
“The polling that we did going into the midterm election night, I had pollster Lee Carter on with me. We had for the first time in history across networks, a live audience on election night. And we sat there and we talked to real people, real time on election night. And the problem with Republicans for the midterms, and we already knew it by the end of the night, like you didn’t have to wait for many of the results to come in, that it was not going to be a red wave. But the issue was that they were able to identify the problems, but they couldn’t solve any of them. Now they’re in the majority, it’s squeaky clean. But how many times do you have to say that? You’re in the majority. So how are they changing the game? They brought D.C. to New York City, and the best that the mayor could say today, Eric Adams, was this is just theater. No homey, theater district’s down the way. This is a hearing room and there are real victims in it. And when I say that Republicans came to play today with their hearing list of guests. I mean, they came to play. Madeline Brame, the mom of that military vet who was stabbed all those times by four vicious blood thirsty killers, pointed out that only half the killers have been caught. One of them is still walking around, a recidivist by profession. So Republicans are starting to figure out some solutions to things, and they brought the solutions with them on this one issue.”
Harris also shares her reaction to Chicago Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson warning against vilifying youth while condemning the chaotic “Teen Takeover” that happened in the Windy City over the weekend. Listen to the podcast to hear what else she had to say!
