Brittney Griner’s New Memoir
WNBA player and former Russian detainee Brittney Griner has a new book coming out and I hope it’s all about how much she loves America.
I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.
Women’s basketball star Brittney Griner was detained in Russia for 10 months for illegally transporting cannabis oil before the US government swapped her- and only her- for a Russian arms dealer nicknamed the Merchant of Death.
If you’re wondering, the Marine, Paul Whelan is still over there.
Nevertheless, Griner is not letting the spotlight slip away anytime soon, she announced her forthcoming book, a memoir about her “harrowing experience” in Russian captivity.
This will be Griner’s second memoir and since it is still untitled, I have a few suggestions.
Perhaps, she could title it: “Mess Around and Find Out,” or maybe “God Bless America: how I was indeed, never oppressed in the USA,” or maybe even just an audio book wherein she sings the Star Spangled Banner on repeat to express her gratitude for the nation who brought her home instead of the Marine that’s still detained over there.
Can’t wait for that read to hit bookstores!
