Co-host of “Outnumbered” Emily Compagno joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to discuss whether she believes former President Trump’s legal team will ultimately be able to get his criminal case moved from Manhattan to Staten Island.
“So I always revert back to the Boston Marathon bombing trial, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. There, the judge essentially said when the defense team argued, oh, my gosh, this is such a biased pool, there’s no way he can get a fair trial. He essentially said, well, the pool is so large, there will be the possibility to find ultimately 12 impartial jurors. So if you’re not going to find an impartial here, you’re not going to find impartial anywhere. However, we’ve also seen many high profile crimes, violent and otherwise, that have been moved. So I think it depends, frankly, on the judge. And I could see this going either way.”
