Alan Dershowitz tells Brian Kilmeade former President Donald Trump has told him he is very determined to fight back against the charges ahead of his arraignment today in New York City. Dershowitz says Trump is being indicted for a crime that we essentially know has never been or ever will be prosecuted again. Dershowitz feels it is a made up case by a Democrat who ran for office promising to prevent Trump from becoming President. Dershowitz compares this to when Lavrentiy Beria, head of the KGB, said to Stalin, show me the man and I’ll find you the crime. Dershowitz stressed there are no victims in this case except the American people and the Constitution and says Stormy Daniels is not a victim, she got paid for having voluntary sex. When asked about the other potential cases against Donald Trump, Dershowitz says the weakest case is the New York case and also believes the case in Georgia is pretty weak because Trump said find me, not invent or concoct more votes. Dershowitz believes the strongest case against Donald Trump is handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago as potential obstruction but feels to go after him and leave President Biden and former Vice President Mike Pence alone is a tough political call.
