Evening Edition: The Supreme Court Hears Arguments On Biden’s Student Loan Relief Plan

The Supreme Court heard arguments today over President Biden’s four hundred billion dollar student debt relief plan which he promised to deliver during his campaign. The White House is confident they have the legal authority while the GOP-led opposition to the plan calls it executive overreach. FOX’s Eben Brown spoke with Elizabeth Slattery, senior legal fellow at Pacific Legal Foundation, who explains what each side of the argument is all about.
