Could Disarming Hezbollah Start A Civil War In Lebanon?

Israel and Lebanon are holding a second round of rare talks in Washington, D.C., to discuss potentially extending the 10-day ceasefire with Iran-backed Hezbollah. The U.S. blockade continues in the Strait of Hormuz with CENTCOM saying it has directed 31 vessels to turn around or return to port. And a viral image has ignited controversy after it appears to show an Israel Defense Forces soldier in southern Lebanon vandalizing a statue of Jesus.
