Bryan explains that despite Americans’ views of how strong the Russian army might be, they are actually inefficient, disorganized, and corrupt as they were in 1941 during the second World War.
He later goes on to detail how he thinks it would be possible to remove Putin from Ukraine and bring him to the bargaining table.
