End Brown Thursday

At least 39 stores had the decency to close their doors on Thanksgiving.

Maybe one day we can even make Thanksgiving about thankfulness again.

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

Happy Black Friday y’all. Today is one of the biggest shopping days of the year and has been an established tradition as such since the late 1980s.

It’s a day for retailers to boost sales ahead of the holidays and hopefully- even in Joe Biden’s economy- turn a profit.

But for the better part of the last decade, some big name retailers have taken it too far- encroaching into the Thanksgiving holiday and making “brown Thursday” another shopper’s extravaganza.

I am 100% against it and thankfully at least 39 big box retailers such as Target, Walmart, Lowes, Macy’s and Petsmart came to their senses and stayed closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Let employees and customers alike enjoy family, food, and the true meaning of the holiday. We have enough commercialism in America today, we need to get back to basics and family is at the cornerstone of that.

I hope y’all spent yesterday with yours. I certainly did.
