Senator James Lankford (R-OK) joined Brian Kilmeade to discuss the mid-term elections, if Mitch McConnell will be re-elected Minority Leader and if republicans are ready to move on from President Trump in 2024. Lankford says the loss is not a Mitch McConnell problem, it is the inability of Republicans to lay out their ideas and articulate how they can help turn things around for Americans when only 21% believe we are on the right track. On President Trump, Lankford says half of the folks in Oklahoma think Trump is the answer in 2024. The other half are saying they really like Trump’s policies but believe he just grown so caustic, they wish someone else would run.
