Gordon Chang Chides Biden For Not Bring Up COVID-19 At Meeting With China’s Xi Jinping

Gordon Chang, author of The Coming Collapse of China joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss President Biden’s high-stakes meeting with China’s President Xi Jinping in a bid to strengthen U.S China relations.

Chang discussed Biden’s reluctance to not bring up COVID to China’s Xi Jinping saying,

“Well first, one thing that was not discussed is COVID 19. We don’t know, Guy 100% where this disease came from, but 100% we know that Xi Jinping decided to spread it beyond his borders. He did that by lying about contagiousness. He knew it was highly transmissible, human to human, but he told us and others that it was not. And then while he was locking down his own country, he actually was pressuring others to accept arrivals from China without travel restrictions and quarantines. You put those two things together and it means that China has actually spread this disease.”
