White House Deletes Misleading Tweet!
The White House deleted a tweet taking credit for social security payment increase and it’s just plain embarrassing!

Ah, gotta love the new Elon Twitter where Democrats are also flagged for misinformation, even the White House!
This week the The White House Twitter account tweeted that “Seniors are getting the biggest increase in their Social Security checks in 10 years through President Biden’s leadership.”
Well that’s not necessarily true if you take into account 40-year high inflation which is ACTUALLY the reason for the increase! The annual cost of living adjustment was the context the Brandon Administration just forgot to note.
Social Security benefits will rise by 8.7% next year, which is the largest cost-of-living adjustment since 1981!
Twitter flagged that missing and important detail and shortly thereafter, the White House deleted the whole dang tweet!
I don’t know what’s more embarrassing, that the White House thought it could get away with it, or that Elon’s twitter had to call them out!
The hits just keep on coming!
