What Is Catfishing?

This week, former National Security Cyber Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice and Partner at BakerHostetler, Ed McAndrew joins Abby in the classroom to help explain the cultural phenomenon, Catfishing.

Ed reveals that catfishing is only illegal when it instigates or inflicts a crime. He also describes tell-tale signs that you’ve been a victim of catfishing and later shares with Abby the craziest catfishing story he’s ever encountered in the courtroom.
