“He is going to continue the attack on civilians and on particularly civilian infrastructure, energy infrastructure, because he wants to wear them down. It won’t be on the on the scale we’ve seen today, but it’ll be persistent. That’s what he’s been doing for the last seven or ten days when he realized that it’s going to have to he’s going to have to wait weeks to stop the bleeding due to the Ukrainian offensive movements against his forces and defeating his forces have retaken territory. So this is what he’s doing in the meantime as he’s waiting for these replacements to come.”

The General also reacted to Biden’s warning on nuclear warfare by saying,

I mean, I think it’s pretty irresponsible. And I and I think knowing the president like we do and watching him publicly, I mean, he does have a tendency to dramatize things and exaggerate things for a fact. And likely that’s what was taking place here. And knowing that while he didn’t think his remarks were going to become public, I think we anybody in the public arena knows full well that if you’re speaking to somebody probably other than your wife in any any place other than your home, you are likely going to be picked up. And and he certainly has those years of experience to be guarded about what he’s saying.”
