Rep. Pat Fallon: Mayorkas Needs To Be Held Accountable For Lying About The Border Being Secure

Texas Republican Congressman Pat Fallon joins Fox Across America With guest host Paul Gleiser to explain why his party is planning to investigate Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas if they take back control of the House in November.

“You can bring more awareness when you’re in charge because you can haul in people like Mayorkas, the Homeland Security director, and bring him in and put him under oath and demand answers. And I’ll file articles of impeachment on that guy, because he said in a Homeland Security Committee hearing in the House last year that the border was secure. Then he was caught on a hot mic soon thereafter saying that border is chaos. So he was clearly lying. Obviously he was lying when he was under oath. They haven’t done anything. It’s a gross dereliction of duty.”
